Employee Engagement & Relations Establish robust communication channels to understand employee sentiment and career aspirations. Address grievances and labor disputes proactively. Foster a supportive work environment through employee care initiatives, boosting morale, cohesion, and retention while maintaining harmonious labor relations. Cultural Integration & Advocacy Act as a cultural ambassador, embedding corporate values and practices within business units. Organize culture-driven activities to cultivate a positive team ethos.
