What You’ll Do As a Project Administrator with SouthSix Construction, you’ll play a key role in supporting projects from early planning through completion—helping ensure everything is organized, accurate, and running smoothly. In this role, you will: Support preconstruction efforts including vendor onboarding, takeoffs, and bid coordination Maintain project specifications, submittals, and required documentation Assist with job budgets, pricing entry, and procurement processes Process VPOs and invoices while tracking job costs accurately Generate weekly VPO and monthly budget reports Review costs and follow up on discrepancies or missing information Track and organize field documentation throughout the project lifecycle Upload documents for permitting and Certificate of Occupancy approvals Coordinate job releases and transition projects into construction Prepare closeout and turnover packages for clients Provide general administrative support including document coordination and plan distribution What You Bring High school diploma with 4+ years of construction (or related) experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience Strong organizational and document management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Critical thinking and problem‑solving ability Strong communication and coordination skills A mindset aligned with our values: Care – Take ownership and go the extra mile Serve – Turn setbacks into opportunities to create positive impressions Improve – Embrace challenges and continually seek growth Why You’ll Love Stylecraft We believe in taking care of our team so you can do your best work.
