- Full charge care of an 18-month-old, including feeding, naps, diapering, and daily routines
- Age-appropriate play, activities, and developmental engagement
- Preparing the child's meals and snacks
- Child-related laundry and tidying
- Organizing and maintaining the playroom and child's spaces
- Light household duties directly related to the child
- Letting the family dog out into the fenced backyard as needed
- Prior professional experience caring for infants and toddlers
- Background or strong interest in early childhood education or child development
- Valid driver's license
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
- Must be able to provide 3-5 professional references
