$90,000–$100,000 + Excellent Benefits

Seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of our commercial calibration and repair laboratory in Phoenix. This is a leadership role for a technically strong, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

What You’ll Do

As the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing laboratory operations while ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead by example and embody company's Mission in Service
\n
• Manage daily operations of the calibration and repair laboratory
\n
• Own P&L responsibility , managing budgets and variable expenses
\n
• Oversee technical and administrative staff, including supervisors and non-exempt employees
\n
• Drive operational efficiencies to reduce costs and improve service performance
\n
• Maintain and expand laboratory accreditations and scope (ISO/IEC 17025, UKAS, KEMA)
\n
• Resolve complex technical issues related to TMDE
\n
• Maximize utilization of laboratory assets and recommend capital acquisitions
\n
• Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and corporate leadership
\n
• Support Regional Director/VP on key initiatives and strategic projects
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• 10+ years of experience in the Calibration & Repair industry
\n
• Strong technical background in:
\n
• Physical Dimensional
\n
• RF/Microwave
\n
• General Test Equipment Calibration
\n
• PMEL or equivalent technical training highly preferred
\n
• 2+ years in a supervisory or section lead role
\n
• Proven experience managing a technical service organization
\n
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills
\n
• Proficient in MS Office applications
\n
• Ability to motivate teams and drive results independently
\n
