Role Description This full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager is based in Emmaus, PA, with flexibility for some work from home. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, nurture leads, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in technology-oriented B2B markets. Daily responsibilities include developing outreach strategies, conducting discovery calls, preparing proposals, and collaborating closely with internal marketing and account teams to align solutions with client needs. The role also involves maintaining a robust pipeline in CRM tools, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to revenue forecasts and growth planning. This position requires proactive communication, regular in-person collaboration at the Emmaus office, and participation in industry events or virtual meetings as needed. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management in B2B or agency environments, preferably with technology-oriented or regulated industries. Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and relationship building using CRM and sales enablement tools. Ability to understand complex service offerings and translate them into clear, compelling value propositions and client-ready presentations. Solid knowledge of integrated marketing concepts, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, and demand generation, and how they support client growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across strategy, creative, and technical teams. Proven organizational and time-management abilities, including prioritizing multiple opportunities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Comfort working in a hybrid model, with capacity to commute to Emmaus, PA regularly and engage with clients and colleagues both in person and virtually. #J-18808-Ljbffr
