Position Overview The General Manager will lead the strategic, operational, and cultural vision for Austin Proper Hotel, positioning it as the preeminent luxury destination in Austin and a flagship within the Proper portfolio. This role requires an accomplished hospitality executive with deep expertise in luxury hotel operations, award‑winning food and beverage, wellness programming, membership models, and high‑touch guest experiences.
