Toddlers are busy, curious and learning something new every minute. We need a Lead Toddler Teacher who loves that energy.

Imagination Station Learning Centers in Avon is dual-accredited by NAEYC and NECPA and has served families since 2012. You'll lead your own toddler classroom with a supportive team and a clear curriculum framework behind you.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $15-$17/hour, based on experience and credentials

What you'll do:

• Lead a toddler classroom using our Rooted & Rising curriculum framework

• Guide language, social-emotional growth and early independence, including potty learning

• Use positive guidance and consistent routines

• Complete observations and developmental assessments, and hold family conversations

• Mentor classroom support staff

What you bring:

• Toddler or preschool classroom experience (CDA, associate's or ECE degree preferred)

• Confident classroom management with a gentle, positive approach

• Ability to meet Indiana child care licensing requirements (background check, drug screen, health screening)

• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to get certified (we train)
