Healthcare Director (Director of Nursing) - Harmony at Glasgow Harmony Senior Services , a certified Great Place to Work and one of the country’s fastest growing companies in the luxury senior living industry, is seeking a seasoned Healthcare Director to join the leadership team at our Harmony at Glasgow community. This community features Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care resident settings and is located in an area known for its artful living. As the Healthcare Director , you will lead and coordinate the delivery of clinical services plans and monitor to ensure that they meet and service and health needs of the residents and promote wellness. Areas of focus will be directing the nurses and certified nursing assistants within the community to maintain a high standard of care; communicating in a professional manner and representing the Community in a positive way with the medical community, family members, and residents; and maintaining regulatory compliance for the Community. Requirements: Current RN license in good standing in the State of DE or multi-state license Three (3) years of senior living clinical leadership experience Why Should You Apply?
