Help clients understand their coverage and available options. Collaborate with our sales and support teams to ensure a seamless client journey. Maintain accurate and organized client records. Requirements Previous customer service experience is highly valued. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. A genuine desire to help people and solve problems. Comfortable using computer systems for client management. Ability to work effectively in a team setting. High school diploma or equivalent. Comfortable making outbound calls.
