Ohio Licensed Telephonic Case Manager

To support injured employees in a remote work environment, the full-time Ohio Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will manage case strategies, conduct clinical assessments via telephone, and coordinate medical services to facilitate recovery and return to work. Key responsibilities Perform initial and ongoing clinical assessments to evaluate the injured worker's needs and medical treatment Communicate effectively and build relationships with clients, injured workers, and healthcare providers Identify and address issues related to delayed recovery and negotiate treatment plans with providers Required qualifications Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent work experience preferred Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
