Job Responsibilities

Physical Demand:

• Floor to waist lift (Rarely) 75# to remove/replace transformers from production lines for repair.
• Horizontal lift (Rarely) 75# - 10# to remove/replace transformers and cylinders from production lines for repair
• Push/pull (Rarely) 45 # horizontally to maneuver wheeled tool carts
• Right/left hand carry (Rarely) 75# to carry 5 gallon bucket of oil to exchange fluids in generators
• Front carry (Rarely) 75# - 10# to remove/replace transformers and cylinders from production lines for repair.
• Palmar grip (Occasionally) 100# to manipulate hand tools for rare to routine maintenance procedures.
• Elevated work (Rarely) while completing maintenance procedures on production lines.
• Forward bending standing (Rarely) while removing/replacing transformers from production lines for repair.
• Forward bending sitting (Rarely) while operating fork truck
• Rotation sitting (Rarely) while operating fork truck
• Crawl/kneel/crouch (Rarely) while completing maintenance procedures.
• Sitting tolerance (Rarely) while operating fork truck.
• Standing tolerance (Frequently) while performing maintenance procedures.
• Walking (Occasionally)
• Stair climbing (Rarely) to retrieve/return parts to and from the parts loft.
• Step ladder climbing (Rarely)
• Balance (Rarely) while walking on catwalks
