Location: 1151 E Hermans Rd, Building 801, Tucson, AZ Role Type: Onsite Shift: 1st Shift (Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm) Security Clearance: DoD Secret (interim required) Salary Range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD (good faith estimate) Relocation Eligibility: Eligible What You Will Do Enhance electrical engineering skills working with digital, analog, and/or RF hardware testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro‑mechanical systems. Prior hands‑on troubleshooting experience is preferred. Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to achieve/document concurrence and resolve issues during production, testing, and integration. What You Will Learn Knowledge of electrical components, Circuit Card Assemblies, RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis. RTX Core Certification and Raytheon Responsible Engineer Authority (REA) Training. Qualifications Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) and minimum of 2years relevant experience or advanced degree in related field. Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing. Experience with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and/or network analyzers. Experience in root‑cause corrective action investigations. Experience performing electrical engineering design of CCA, EO, RF, seeker/sensor, or electronic subsystem, including circuit design, CCA assembly, electrical test and production/supplier/sub‑tier support of test equipment, test automation scripting, test conduction, sensor control, printed circuit board fabrication, circuit card assembly processes and related industry specifications. Experience with tools such as Mentor Graphics Designer, PSPICE, System Vision, MATLAB, Mathcad, IDL, CST, Microwave Design Studio, HFSS, ADS and associated instruments. Familiarity with missile communication transceivers, data links, IMU and GPS receiver subsystems. Experience with subsystem integration and test, post‑test flight analysis, statistical process control (SPC) methods, formal presentation, technical writing, and engineering change notices. Self‑starter capable of working independently as well as with a small technical team. Providing technical oversight and direction, cost estimation, tracking and reporting, coordination, preparation of detailed technical team reports, and proposal support.
