CRNA Opportunity in Northwest Indiana

Immediate need for a CRNA to join a well established and growing healthcare system/group. Come join a well-established physician practice that lives by this philosophy. We are growing and looking to add more providers. We are located in Northwest Indiana.

Target Start Date: Upon an offer being made to and accepted by a provider, the credentialing process will take approximately 90-120 days before a provider can start with us.

Job Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible required
• Full-time/permanent position. 1099 option available.
• Unique work structure conducive to utilizing all your skills
• Monday Friday, flexible work schedule
• Patients per day: 2-10
• Call Rotation: 1 weekend per month
• $135.00-$150.00 per hour -- 1099 is $205.00 per hour
• 28 ORs, NORA includes 7GI suites, Cath Labs and IR
• EPIC EMR system utilized in Inpatient & Outpatient settings with AI functionality
• Fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII (Only 5% of hospitals in country are at this level of sophistication)
