JOB OVERVIEW
•Job Title: CRNA - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
•Job Type: Permanent - Full-Time (0.8 FTE and above)
•Location: Munster, IN
•Service Setting: Hospital (28 ORs including GI suites, Cath Labs, IR)
•Schedule: 40 hours/week; 1 weekend/month
•On-Call Expectations: 1 weekend/month
•Start Date: Negotiable upon credentialing

PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE
•Patient Demographics: Adult
•Average Daily Volume / Census: 2-10 procedures per day
•Admissions & Rounding: Not applicable
•Consults & Follow-Ups: As needed
•Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: OR, GI, Cath Lab, IR anesthesia

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
•Certification: Licensed CRNA
•State License Required: Indiana (or eligibility)

•Additional Requirements: Competency in hospital anesthesia settings

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Deliver anesthesia care in ORs, GI, Cath Lab, and IR
•Participate in weekend call rotation (1 weekend/month)
•Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
•Collaborate with surgeons and fellow anesthesia providers
•Promote safety and quality in anesthesia delivery
