General Labor / Upholstery Worker

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking candidates to join our production team. This position involves assisting with the manufacturing and assembly of vehicle seats and other upholstered products. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using power drills, staple guns, upholstery tools, and other common hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and manufacture seats according to production specifications.
• Use power drills, staple guns, and various hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform upholstery work, including wrapping, stretching, stapling, and securing fabric, vinyl, or other materials.
• Assist with cutting, fitting, fastening, and assembling seat components.
• Perform general labor and production duties as assigned.
• Inspect finished products for quality and proper assembly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and product quality.
• Lift, move, and handle materials as needed throughout the workday.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, upholstery, furniture assembly, automotive interiors, or general labor is preferred.
• Experience using power drills, staple guns, and hand tools is strongly preferred.
• Upholstery experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required(50lbs).
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new manufacturing and upholstery techniques
