$95,000 - $105,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits

We are seeking a hands-on Executive Chef for a premier senior living dining communit y in Davidson, NC. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hospitality-driven culinary leader with experience in high-volume dining, healthcare dining, senior living, contract foodservice, hotels, resorts, country clubs, or upscale restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader who can elevate culinary standards, develop teams, increase scratch cooking execution, and create exceptional resident dining experiences.

Executive Chef Responsibilities

• Lead all kitchen and culinary operations
• Oversee restaurant dining, healthcare dining, marketplace/cafeteria service, coffee shop service, and catering
• Manage food quality, presentation, sanitation, and execution standards
• Create and implement menus and seasonal features
• Coach, mentor, and develop BOH teams
• Hold teams accountable to culinary and operational standards
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, ordering, and scheduling
• Execute high-volume meal periods and special events
• Ensure strong resident and guest satisfaction

Operational Highlights

• Approximately $1.6M annual food budget
• Multi-outlet dining operation

Qualifications

• 4+ years Executive Chef experience
• High-volume culinary leadership background
• Scratch kitchen experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Catering and banquet experience preferred
• Experience in senior living, healthcare dining, hospitality, hotel, resort, country club, or contract foodservice environments strongly preferred
• Strong food cost, labor, and operational management experience
• Passion for hospitality and team development

Compensation & Benefits

• $95,000 - $105,000 base salary
• 5% bonus opportunity
