Role Description In preconstruction you will meet with clients locally to walk projects for scope and budget and help plan and manage the project through early preconstruction phases. You will also be responsible for sending projects out to bid and managing the bid process in all aspects as assigned to you. Responsibilities Walk projects with clients for preconstruction coordination. Read plans and have a thorough understanding of the scope for each project. Review proposals and ensure accuracy and thoroughness of scope included. Build cover letters and bid packages on Excel and Word document sheets. Assist in other project management responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Resume of experience in the field of construction estimation, project engineer, or project manager, or other relatable experience. Must be proficient in the use of email, internet, Excel, Microsoft Word, and other scheduling programs. Must excel at reading and interpreting blueprints in all aspects from Site Plan to finish including electrical, concrete, plumbing, HVAC, structural, civil, landscaping, etc. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay Range Base Pay Range: Competitive Salary DOE + annual Bonus. 401K PTO Medical/Dental Insurance Cell Phone Laptop #J-18808-Ljbffr
