Automotive Sales Consultant – $2,500 Sign-On Bonus About the Role We are looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team. This is a customer-focused opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, motivated by results, and comfortable guiding customers through the entire vehicle-buying process. Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates with strong sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional sales experience Build strong relationships with customers and understand their vehicle needs Present and demonstrate vehicles based on customer preferences Explain vehicle features, options, pricing, and available services Conduct test drives and answer customer questions Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through delivery Follow up with prospective and previous customers Develop and maintain a customer pipeline Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels Assist customers throughout the purchasing process Maintain accurate customer and sales records Stay current on vehicle models, features, incentives, and promotions Work with management and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience Meet individual and team sales goals Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable speaking with customers and presenting products Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Motivated by achieving goals and earning commission Strong follow-up and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills Valid driver's license required What We Offer $2,500 sign-on bonus Competitive compensation and commission opportunities Pay based on experience and qualifications Opportunity to earn based on performance Training and product knowledge development Career advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Start Your Automotive Sales Career EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
