This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to deliver exceptional service and support.Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and internal systemsCoordinate service requests and communicate status updates to clients and internal teamsInvestigate and resolve client concerns or service issues, escalating when necessaryMaintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and resolutionsAccurately and promptly enter customer orders into the systemCommunicate with customers as needed to confirm order details, scheduling, and resolve any operational questionsSupport client onboarding and account updates by ensuring proper documentation and data accuracyCollaborate with operations, warehouse, and billing teams to ensure client needs are metIdentify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and report feedback to leadershipAssist with reporting and administrative tasks related to client service operationsResponsible for managing order entry and fulfillment processesAt least 2 years of professional experience in a customer service or client support roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM or customer service softwareExperience with Floor Pro or Schedule Express is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferredAll offers of employment are contingent upon a background checkValid Driver's License is requiredYour information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines Renova One
