Registered Nurse - Inpt Psychiatry -nights - $10K Sign-on
Position Summary We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Units in Boston or Waltham. Key Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care to patients and families.
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.
- Providing education to patients and families.
- Facilitating group therapies.
- Overseeing behavioral health specialist staff.
- 24, 32 or 36 hours, schedule is nights, every other weekend, and rotating holidays. Boston or Waltham MA locations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree in nursing
- Experience: 1+ years of RN experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting. Inpatient and pediatric experience preferred.
- Licensure/Certifications: Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
** This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on for RNs with 1 or more years of related RN experience. (Internal candidates and former BCH employees who have worked at BCH in the past 2 years are not eligible).
