Remote District Manager, Case Management & Training

AGING & IN-HOME SERVICES, INC.

AGING & IN-HOME SERVICES, INC. in Fort Wayne is seeking a full-time Case Management Supervisor to oversee and support a team of supervisors to ensure quality service provisions for individuals receiving waiver services. The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and supervisory experience. The Case Management Supervisor will handle training and quality assurance activities while collaborating with district managers to enhance service delivery.
