Senior System Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the Systems Integration and Test team on advanced space systems. This role focuses on end-to-end systems engineering, electrical interface definition, and testability analysis for complex spaceborne architectures. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with modeling and simulation tools, software-hardware integration, data analysis, and model-based systems engineering (MBSE), operating under an active TS/SCI clearance in a fast-paced mission environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Perform system analysis and electrical interface definition using standard electrical engineering and systems tools (e.g., SPICE modeling, Excel macros, MATLAB, Python, C/C++, model-based engineering tools). Support development of mission concepts of operations (CONOPS) and end-to-end systems engineering activities. Coordinate across multiple organizations to design and develop solutions to complex electrical and systems engineering problems. Review, evaluate, and derive requirements for testability, and develop comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for systems and subsystems. Direct preparation and execution of system and subsystem tests and support evaluation of test data against requirements. Support software-hardware integration and data analysis/processing for integration and test campaigns.
