Confidential Employer. Job Description Represent clients in complex consumer rights and class action litigation matters. Handle cases in state and federal courts appropriate to your level of experience. Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, pleadings, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies. Manage discovery, client communications, and case progression. Collaborate with experienced attorneys on nationally significant litigation. Analyze legal issues and develop creative solutions for challenging matters. Meet court deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Build strong relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and legal professionals. Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing litigation team. Qualifications Active California Bar license required. 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and legal briefs. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.
