Join us in the journey of creating moments worth remembering and sharing. Qualifications 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment, preferably in a hotel setting. You have superb leadership abilities, business acumen, attention todetail,and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality. This is an outstanding opportunity to help launch an exciting new restaurant concept at a premier luxury property. An open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and the restaurant teams Assistin developing and executing the overall concept,visionand direction for the restaurant, including the food and beverage program, service style and standards, entertainment options,ambianceand décor. Collaborate on creating menus, wine lists, and other offerings that align with the restaurant’s upscale positioning. Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, operational efficiency, quality and consistency of food and service, inventorycontrols,and financial performance. Oversee guest reservations, seatingarrangements,and private events/banquet functions. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
