Pay: $2,653.20 per week

Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 7a-7p or 7p-7a, every other weekend and holiday

Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled RN - Stepdown for a travel assignment in Weston, WI. This role focuses on providing specialized care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). Nurses in this position are expected to manage complex conditions, such as cardiac and respiratory issues, within an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

Manage patient care for individuals with cardiac, respiratory, and other critical conditions
Administer and titrate medications, including drips like nitro, diltazem, insulin, heparin, and amio
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
Operate and monitor RT equipment such as Cpap, BiPap, and Optiflow
Provide leadership support acting as Charge Nurse as needed
Document patient information accurately using the Cerner charting system

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

Valid RN license
ACLS and BLS certifications
Experience in IV management and titration of critical drips
Experience in post-cath lab care preferred
