ROLE DESCRIPTION:
At Mike Doperalski State Farm, were more than just an insurance agency were trusted advisors and protection partners for individuals and families across Minnesota & Wisconsin. We specialize in helping clients secure their future with comprehensive Auto, Home, Life, and Health Insurance products.

Our mission is simple: provide exceptional service, personalized solutions, and peace of mind. As we grow, were looking for motivated, outgoing professionals to join our team and make a real difference in peoples lives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services
Consult customers with comprehensive insurance options for their life and health insurance needs
Stay current with market trends and product offerings
Actively prospect and generate new leads through referrals, networking, cold calls, and marketing campaigns
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, and health)
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and policy renewals
Present and explain policy options in a clear and engaging way
Follow up on leads and close sales
Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications:

Previous sales or customer service experience (insurance preferred but not required)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with strong work ethic and drive to succeed
Ability to obtain or currently hold a state insurance license (Life, Health, Property & Casualty)
Comfortable using CRM software and digital tools

You must obtain the required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life, Accident, & Health) prior to your start date. The agency will assist you with the licensing process and reimburse associated costs upon completion and start of employment.

Compensation shown includes average commissions; commission is uncapped with no earning limits.
