RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services
• Consult customers with comprehensive insurance options for their life and health insurance needs
• Stay current with market trends and product offerings
• Actively prospect and generate new leads through referrals, networking, cold calls, and marketing campaigns
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, and health)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and policy renewals
• Present and explain policy options in a clear and engaging way
• Follow up on leads and close sales
• Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience (insurance preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and drive to succeed
• Ability to obtain or currently hold a state insurance license (Life, Health, Property & Casualty)
• Comfortable using CRM software and digital tools

You must obtain the required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life, Accident, & Health) prior to your start date. The agency will assist you with the licensing process and reimburse associated costs upon completion and start of employment.

Compensation shown includes average commissions; commission is uncapped with no earning limits.
