Job Family:Operational Effectiveness (ESA)Travel Required:Up to 10%Clearance Required:Active Top Secret SCI with PolygraphWhat You Will Do:The Operations Lead will provide key strategic support to senior leaders. In addition to administrative support they will provide key institutional intelligence, stake holder awareness, process requirements, and quality assurance. They will be responsible for office management as well as both internal and external strategic communications. What You Will Need:An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraphTEN (10) or more years of combined experience in administrative and front office support in scheduling, correspondence, and document management. Bachelor's degree may be used in lieu of FIVE (5) of the required years' experience.What Would Be Nice To Have:Bachelor's DegreeDirect experience providing EA and/or COS-like support to a Front Office team within the ICHighly effective written and verbal communications skillsAbility to maintain high levels of organization and the ability to follow up on taskings timely and accuratelyAbility to support full-time on site between 8am-4pm core hoursAbility to support the FO leadership team from various sites in the Northern VA areaExposure to operational mission setsPrior experience engaging with Senior level officials in the IC with professionalismAbility to work closely and effectively with multiple differing staff officers and fellow contractors; i.e. strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust communication styles with various team membersThe annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00.
