Required Skills:
- 1+ year of experience with OGP SmartScope programming
- Experience using Keyence Optical Profilometers
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading
- Hands-on experience with contact & non-contact metrology inspection
- Experience using optical comparators, digital microscopes, white light scanners, micrometers, calipers, and hand gauges
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Metrology lab or medical device manufacturing experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional inspections on medical device components using precision metrology equipment
- Program and operate OGP SmartScope systems
- Conduct inspections using Keyence optical profilometers and other metrology tools
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications
- Analyze measurement data and support engineering teams with inspection solutions
- Maintain accurate inspection records and support laboratory operations
