This community-based behavioral health organization is dedicated to improving mental wellness through culturally competent care. The facility provides a range of services including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, individual, couples, family, and group therapy, telehealth options, and Community Health Worker support to assist clients with housing, insurance, and other essential resources. The clinical team employs an integrative approach grounded in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing.

Apple Valley, California is located in the High Desert region of Southern California and offers a range of recreational and cultural attractions. Destinations such as Victor Valley Museum, Mojave Narrows Regional Park, and Deep Creek Hot Springs are accessible within the area, while outdoor activities including cycling, running, and baseball are available throughout the community. The clinician will work Monday through Friday on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, completing psychological assessments and testing for an outpatient population of all ages. Responsibilities include providing individual and couples therapy, with clinical approaches drawing from trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and family systems therapy. Documentation and scheduling are managed through SimplePractice, and proficiency or willingness to learn this platform is expected. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a preferred qualification for this position.
