* Shift Premium: +$2.50/hour - an extra $5200/year
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
* $2,000 Retention Bonus in the first year.
Secondary Assembly
* Starting Pay: $15.50/hour
* Shift Premium: +$2.50/hour - an extra $5200/year
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

3rd Shift Opening
Trim Press Operator
* Starting Pay: $16.50/hour
* Shift Premium: +$3.00/hour - an extra $6240/year
* Schedule Options:
* Monday - Thursday 9:00 pm to 7:00 am OR 11:00 pm to 9:00 am

Deco Products was founded in 1960 in downtown Decorah, Iowa. The name "Deco" comes from the first four letters of Decorah. Today, Deco Products is the largest stand-alone dedicated zinc die caster in North America.
Our zinc castings are used in products found throughout everyday life. We serve a wide range of industries, including:

* Windows and doors
* Commercial vehicles and trucking
* Recreational vehicles (RV)
Examples of products we manufacture include office chair brackets, window locks, brake valve components for semi-trucks, motorhome window operators, and broom and mop components. What You'll Do
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
* Operating production equipment and machinery
* Trimming, assembling, or hanging parts for processing
* Inspecting parts to ensure quality standards are met
* Following work instructions and production requirements
* Maintaining a clean and safe work area
* Working as part of a team to meet customer expectations
