Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst II for a Financial Credit Union client in Minneapolis, MN. Onsite in Plymouth or Burnsville, with a strong preference for Plymouth. You will support PC hardware, software and peripherals, working with the IT team to minimize downtime and maintain systems. You will provide first-level phone and email support to on-site and remote users in a mixed Active Directory/Azure AD environment, using Windows endpoints and mobile devices. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
