Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff, patient care plans, and daily facility operations .
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations .
• Provide clinical support and training to nursing staff .
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and administrative teams .
• Monitor resident conditions, medication administration, and care quality .
• Address patient concerns and resolve any care issues .
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members .
• Travel to various long-term care facilities as needed .

Qualifications

• Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license .
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in long-term care or nursing supervision .
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills .
• Certifications: BLS required; Geriatric or LTC certifications preferred .
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to accept travel assignments .
