Recruitment Coordinator

Engage2Excel Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support a dynamic talent acquisition team. This hybrid contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys candidate interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless hiring experience. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process while providing essential administrative and coordination support to recruiters and hiring managers. What You\'ll Do Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess qualifications and interest in open positions. Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process. Distribute interview feedback forms and follow up with interview teams to ensure timely completion. Track candidate progress throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Maintain accurate candidate records and update candidate statuses within Oracle Recruiting . Disposition candidates in accordance with established recruiting processes and compliance requirements. Assist with interview logistics and provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through final disposition. Support recruiters with administrative recruiting activities as needed. What We\'re Looking For Previous experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, human resources, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and hiring teams. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies. Experience with Oracle Recruiting or Oracle HCM is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook scheduling tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or corporate talent acquisition teams. Familiarity with interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and calendars.
