A company is looking for a Workday HCM / Financials Administrator. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain Workday HCM and/or Financials modules Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday reporting tools Support tenant configuration changes and troubleshoot Workday integrations Required Qualifications 4+ years of Workday administration experience in HCM and/or Financials Current Workday Pro certification in at least one relevant module Experience with Workday implementation and optimization projects Strong knowledge of Workday reporting tools and security framework Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or a related field
