Press Brake Operator 1st and 2nd Shift Press Brake Operator | $2430/hr Key Responsibilities Safely operate press brake machines to meet production and quality standards Bend metal parts up to 144 inches using approved setups Perform basic machine setups using blueprints and bend simulations Read and interpret technical drawings for accurate part production Enter and track production data in EPICOR Troubleshoot and collaborate with Leads/Supervisors on setup or production issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Core Skills Press brake operation Blueprint reading Sheet metal fabrication Machine setup & adjustments Troubleshooting production issues CNC fundamentals Quality inspection Qualifications Proven press brake experience CNC experience (required for higher-level roles) Knowledge of metal properties and inspection standards Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
