Location: Paso Robles, CA Position Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Temporary Salary Range: $22.50 – $23.18 per hour

Position Overview

Kings View is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical, administrative, and customer service duties. This role supports daily program operations while maintaining professionalism, organization, and compliance with program procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clerical, administrative, and reception support
• Maintain administrative and consumer records
• Perform data entry and typing functions proficiently
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and post payments
• Prepare financial and reinstatement charts as needed
• Process monthly client billing and prepare deposits
• Enter attendance and program data daily
• Assist with orientations and client support activities
• Maintain filing systems and office organization
• Maintain working knowledge of program policies and compliance standards
• Communicate effectively with staff and management

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one (1) year experience in an administrative or support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Typing and/or 10-key skills
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and dependable
