Description – What Awaits You

• Scrutinize test outcomes for accuracy, rectify discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and sample preparation for testing when necessary.
• Document procedures diligently, train new employees or interns, and uphold high-quality lab standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment, fully compliant with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, in addition to ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Required Certifications

• Attain ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of your hire.
• Maintain current certifications throughout your employment period.
