Description – What You'll Do

• Evaluate and interpret lab results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments undergo necessary maintenance and calibration.
• Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples for precise analysis.
• Meticulously document each procedure, guiding and mentoring new hires or students while promoting the highest standards of lab quality.
• Maintain a tidy, safe working environment while complying with all regulations and quality assurance standards.

Education

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an accredited allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Successfully obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining.
• Commit to maintaining current certification throughout your employment.
