Conduct both standard and complex clinical lab tests-covering areas like chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-while adhering to established protocols.
Scrutinize test results for precision, address issues as they arise, and carry out routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
Meticulously document all lab processes, train new staff or interns, and ensure quality control standards are consistently met.
Keep a safe, organized workspace while following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Completed Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Hold or obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
