THIS IS A GENERIC DESCRIPTION WHICH CAN BE AMENDED TO REFLECT YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR A DESCRIPTION CAN BE ATTACHED AT THE END OF THIS PAGEImplement HR processes whilst managing employee relations, dealing with disciplinaries and grievances. Minimise disputes and employment tribunal costs through effective implementation of policies, engaging with Senior Management, Line Managers and staff. Be a point of escalation for operational issues and work to resolve these by applying appropriate guidance. Work with a wide range of stakeholders on change implementation projects, influencing and supporting the change. Oversee the recruitment process, including the management and distribution of job descriptions along with using HR systems. Good understanding of pension schemes and delivery methodology. Excellent customer service and stakeholder skills and building good relationships. Escalate issues and problems appropriately. Ensure systems and process are effective and challenge and continuously improve service delivery.
