Job Duties

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and craft individualized therapy strategies to assist in reaching their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to boost patients' physical skills, cognitive function, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Guide Patients and Family Members: Educate both patients and their families about therapy practices to ensure continued progress in their home environment.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep them on track toward their goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or additional certifications

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
