Job Description

• Design Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique requirements and create personalized therapy strategies that help them reach their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Engage in practices supported by evidence to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their caregivers on techniques that facilitate ongoing improvements at home.
• Track and Adjust Treatments: Monitor patient progress and clinical outcomes, making adaptations to treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients achieve their goals.

Education

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement and support for continued education and advanced certifications.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification required.
