Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and craft individualized therapy strategies to assist in reaching their functional objectives.
Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care.
Educate both patients and their families about therapy practices to ensure continued progress in their home environment.
Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep them on track toward their goals.
Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
A strong commitment to helping people, coupled with a natural drive to assist others in attaining the highest levels of independence
Full-time position with adaptable shift schedules
