This role requires a balance of creativity and functionality, delivering intuitive, user-friendly designs for eCommerce websites and digital platforms.Responsibilities:Design Development: Create engaging, responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize flows and improve conversion rates.Design Implementation: Collaborate with developers to implement designs accurately and efficiently.Brand Alignment: Ensure designs align with brand identity and accessibility standards.Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with design trends, UI frameworks, and UX best practices.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience: 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in eCommerce or consumer products.Design Tools: Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and outcomes.Skills:Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Preferred Qualifications:Background in consumer products, retail, or eCommerce.Work Arrangement:Hybrid work options are available for candidates in the Dallas area.This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday.What We're Looking For:A talented UI/UX Designer who can balance creativity and functionality.Someone who can collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and product managers to UI/UX design.A professional who can deliver measurable results and drive business growth.To apply, please submit your resume and portfolio link/case studies for immediate consideration.
