Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

DayTimeMon02:30 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:30 PM - 10:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a grocery retail location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor customer and employee activity, observe for policy violations or suspicious behavior, and communicate concerns to site contacts and/or local emergency personnel when needed.
- Assist with access control, closing procedures, and/or other assigned security-related duties that support daily location operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
