Nurse Practitioner Family Medicine

Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Family Nurse Practitioner with CHI St. Vincent Medical Group at our Jacksonville clinic, you will be committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care and thrive in a collaborative environment where improving community health is the top priority. In your practice you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your patients, guide them through their health journeys, and make a tangible difference in their lives, contributing directly to the health of Jacksonville. Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. Conduct thorough physical examinations, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans. Prescribe medications and manage patient conditions effectively. Emphasize preventative care, health promotion, and patient education. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care, maintaining accurate and detailed electronic health records, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Job Requirements Required: Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Active or eligible license in the state of Arkansas Preferred: Experience in APN/RNP patient care in a family practice setting is strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
