Job Overview: A law firm seeks a highly qualified Patent Prosecution Attorney with a background in electrical engineering to join their national Intellectual Property group in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic record and demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to excel in their practice. Duties Conduct patent prosecution with a focus on electrical engineering. Collaborate with the national Intellectual Property group. Develop and grow a personal practice within the firm. Requirements 1-5 years of experience in patent prosecution. Admittance to the U.S.P.T.O. preferred. Strong academic record. Education Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering or related field. Certifications Admittance to the U.S.P.T.O. preferred. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
