The ideal candidate is a proactive, solution-oriented team player with strong communication skills, capable of managing budgets, meeting deadlines, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. The Analyst will uphold our values, collaborating effectively in both in-person and remote settings to ensure high-quality outcomes.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Manage a full caseload, proactively identify issues, and collaborate with leadership to develop mitigation strategies.Project Execution: Oversee cases to meet project requirements, deadlines, and budget constraints while maintaining top-quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for seamless case management.Research & Communication: Address escalated claim inquiries, communicate findings to stakeholders, and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.Reporting & Documentation: Review project reports for accuracy, identify case issues, and assist in developing business rules for claims processing and payments, ensuring compliance with service agreements.Essential QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.Minimum 2 years of direct client/customer-facing experience.Experience in legal, financial, or service industries strongly preferred.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to excel in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.High proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with data management concepts a plus.Why Join Us?Join a global leader in risk and financial advisory, where your expertise will shape solutions for complex challenges.
