Plant Manager: Lean Operations Leader

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Plant Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, optimize safety, quality, delivery and cost, and drive lean transformation across the site. You will develop budgets, master plans, and a culture of craftsmanship, mentoring Outfitters and cross-functional teams while partnering with HR to hire, train and develop talent.
