Possessing strong problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities in addition to communication, interpersonal and leadership skills are also important. This role will have a strong Business Intelligence component and those with a BI background are strongly encouraged to apply.Basic Qualifications:Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a:Bachelor's Degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related quantitative field) plus at least 6 years of experience performing data analytics, orMaster's Degree plus at least 4 years of experience performing data analytics with an expectation that required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date.At least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis workAt least 4 years of experience performing programmingPreferred Qualifications:Master's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics disciplineAt least 7 years of professional data analysis work experienceAt least 4 years of experience with Python, R, Spark or SQLAt least 1 years of project management experienceAt least 1 year of experience in TableauAt least 3 year of experience in Anti-Money LaunderingAt least 1 year of experience operating and developing within AWS cloud services.Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certificationCapital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
